How to redeem
- Online Redemption:
- Go to https://dpauls.com
- Choose & finalize your preferred services (Flight/Hotel/Packages, etc) that you want to buy
- Proceed to the payment process
- Choose the E-Gift Card option during the payment process
- Enter your gift card details
- Make the payment to buy the service
- Offline Redemption:
- Visit DPauls Office located at B-40, Shivalik, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-110017
- Present your gift card details to the staff
- Select your desired travel services
- Complete your booking
- Users are required to save the gift card number and PIN to utilize this amount as DPauls will not be able to reset the PIN or reissue a new gift card number

- Validity: Valid for 11 months once the Card is issued
- Issuer: Issued by DPauls Travel & Tours Ltd and powered by Valuedesign
- Redemption Location: Valid only for buying DPauls Services on DPauls.com or by visiting DPauls Office located at B-40, Shivalik, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-110017
- Other Offers: Cannot be clubbed with any other offer currently live on https://dpauls.com including cashbacks, discounts, etc. on a particular credit/debit card
- Flight Booking: Only One Gift Card can be used against One Bill for Flight Booking
- Package Booking: Up to 3 Gift Cards can be clubbed in Single Invoice for Holiday Packages
- Cancellation Policy: Once purchased, Gift Cards cannot be cancelled, unless expressly allowed by DPauls Travel & Tours Ltd
- Lost Cards: DPauls Travel & Tours Ltd. is not responsible if the Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without permission
- Cash Conversion: The Gift Card cannot be replaced, refunded, revalidated, or exchanged for cash
- Individual Use: For individual use only - Distributor found using Gift Cards would lead to cancellation of the booking and no refund
