How to redeem
- At a cafe / pick-up:
- Download the Blue Tokai app and register with your phone number.
- Tap the Wallet icon and select "Redeem a Gift Card."
- Enter your Gift Card Number and PIN - the amount is added to your wallet.
- Place your order through the app and pay using "BTC Wallet" at checkout.
- Website delivery:
- Visit bluetokaicoffee.com and add products to your cart.
- In the cart, check "Pay via Gift Cards" and click "Check Out".
- Enter your Gift Card Number and PIN, then "Add Gift Card"; click "Validate Gift Cards" to see the balance and complete the purchase.
Things to note
- About: Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters serves single-estate Arabica coffee and brewing equipment across its cafes, app and website.
- Validity: 1 year from date of purchase
- Redemption: Load the gift card amount into the Blue Tokai (BTC) Wallet, then pay using the wallet on the Blue Tokai app, website or at a Blue Tokai cafe
- Multiple Usage: Can be redeemed multiple times until the balance is exhausted; multiple gift cards can be added to the wallet
- Balance: If the order value exceeds the card balance, the remaining amount must be paid by another available mode
- Cancellation: No returns or refunds on gift cards; any unspent amount after expiry is forfeited; no duplicate issued for lost cards
