How to redeem
- Visit a select Apple Premium Partner, Apple Premium Reseller or Apple Authorised Reseller store
- Select the products you wish to purchase
- Inform the store cashier that you want to use a gift card
- The cashier will generate a payment link for the value of the gift card
- You will receive the payment link via email or SMS
- Click on the link to open Razorpay's checkout page
- Choose the "Pay by Gift Card" option
- Enter the gift card number and PIN
- Complete the payment
- The cashier will see the payment status as "Paid" on their dashboard
- Pay any balance amount using other payment methods available at the store if purchase exceeds gift card value
Things to note
- Validity: Valid for 12 months from the date of issuance
- Partial Redemption: Allowed - remaining balance stays in the card for future use until expiry
- Multiple Store Usage: Can redeem the same gift card at multiple stores in case of partial redemptions
- Redemption Location: Accepted exclusively at select Apple Premium Partner, Apple Premium Reseller and Apple Authorised Reseller stores (500+ stores nationwide)
- Product Restrictions: Cannot be used for clearance sale & open box devices
- Platform Restrictions: Cannot be used at service centres or on online platforms - only at physical stores
- Cash Conversion: Cannot be redeemed for cash
- Refund Policy: In case of order cancellation, amount will be refunded to the original gift card
- Technical Block: If blocked due to technical issues, will be usable after 72 hours
