How to redeem
- Visit any participating store of Arvind Brands in India
- Select the merchandise you wish to purchase
- Present the print out of this e-gift card to the customer relationship officer prior to billing or when you want to redeem the card
- If your purchase value exceeds the e-gift card value, pay the difference using cash, credit card, or debit card
- Remember that this card can only be redeemed once
- Note that the e-gift card is only valid for merchandise and is not redeemable for cash
- Be aware that the card will not be valid during sales and promotions at local stores
Things to note
- Card Type: On ordering, you will receive an ARVIND E-Gift Card
- Transferability: Freely transferable and redeemable for any product/merchandise at any participating store of Arvind Brands in India
- Brand Coverage: Valid at Arrow, Izod, Elle, Flying Machine, US Polo Assn., Gap and Aeropostle stores
- Redemption Type: Can be redeemed only once
- Location Restrictions: Can be redeemed only at selected outlets
- Promotion Compatibility: Payment through e-gift card is not valid during sales and promotions at local stores
- Cash Conversion: The e-gift card balance is redeemable for merchandise only and will not be redeemed for cash
- Balance Handling: If merchandise value exceeds e-gift card value, the difference must be paid by cash, credit card or debit card
- Loss/Theft: Will not be replaced or refunded if lost. Cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, and any unutilized balance will not be refunded
