How to redeem
- Online Redemption (Zoomcar App):
- Open the Zoomcar app, go to Zoom Cash at the top right corner, and click on Claim a Gift Card
- In Select Gift Partner, choose GyFTR, enter the voucher code, click Add, and then click Continue
- The amount will be added to Zoom Cash; multiple vouchers can be added, and then click on Book a Trip
- Important Notes:
- GV/GC will be accepted only online on the Zoomcar mobile application
- This is a one-time-use GV/GC
- The GV/GC can be clubbed with the existing offers
- Multiple GV/GCs can be added to the customer's Zoomcar Wallet, and the balance can be used partially or fully for multiple transactions

- Brand: Zoomcar - self-drive car rental service offering a network of vehicles for daily drives, weekend trips, and subscription bookings, redeemable on the Zoomcar mobile app
- Eligibility: Valid for availing all self-drive services on Zoomcar, including daily drives and subscription vehicle bookings, available on the Zoomcar App
- Redemption Channels: Online only via the Zoomcar mobile application (no in-store/offline redemption)
- Denominations: Fixed - Rs 500, Rs 1,000, Rs 2,500, Rs 5,000
- Conversion: The GV/GC is redeemed for ZCash credited to the customer's Zoomcar ZCash wallet upon redemption; 1 ZCash = INR 1
- Validity: GV/GC is valid for 6 months from date of issuance; once redeemed for ZCash, the ZCash balance remains valid for 1 year
- One-Time Use: This is a one-time-use GV/GC; once redeemed, the code cannot be reused
- Partial Use: Once added to the Zoomcar ZCash wallet, the balance can be used partially or fully across multiple transactions
- Multiple Usage: Multiple GV/GCs can be added to a customer's Zoomcar account as ZCash and combined for use
- Combination with Offers: The GV/GC CAN be clubbed with existing offers on Zoomcar
- Booking Terms: All customer bookings are governed by the Zoomcar Host Services Terms and Conditions at https://www.zoomcar.com/in/bangalore/host-policy
- Transferability: GV/GCs are non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash; not a legal tender or replacement for a debit/credit card
- Technical Block: If a valid Zoomcar GC is temporarily blocked due to a technical issue, Zoomcar will endeavor to reactivate it within 72 hours, subject to internal verification
- Loss Liability: Zoomcar/GyFTR is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/GCs
- Misuse: Zoomcar may choose not to honor the offer if there is suspicion of misuse or abuse, without explanation
