How to redeem
- Online:
- Visit wellbeingnutrition.com and add items to your cart.
- Click Add to add balance to your e-Pay, enter the voucher code and click Add; your current e-Pay balance will be updated.
- Click Apply to use the full e-Pay balance, or choose Custom Redeem to enter an amount; the bill will be adjusted and any remaining balance can be paid using another method.
Things to note
- Validity: 6 months from purchase
- Redemption Channel: Online only at wellbeingnutrition.com
- Denominations: Rs 500, Rs 1,000, Rs 2,000 and Rs 5,000
- Conversion: The gift card can be converted into Wellbeing Nutrition e-Pay balance for use at checkout
- Partial Redemption: Once converted to e-Pay balance, can be used across multiple transactions within the validity period
- Combination: Can be used over and above any discounts offered by the brand on its website
- Account Linking: Wellbeing Nutrition e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number
- Activation: Partial activation is not allowed; the gift card can be activated only once and is not reloadable
- Top-up Difference: If the order value exceeds the e-Pay balance, the difference shall be paid by the customer
- Transferability: Cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards or credit notes
- Revalidation: Cannot be revalidated once expired or cancelled
