How to redeem
- Visit any V-Mart or Unlimited store across India (for store locations, check http://stores.vmart.co.in/)
- Select the merchandise you wish to purchase
- Present your E-Gift card at the billing counter before payment
- The store staff will verify and process your gift card
- If your purchase value exceeds the gift card value, pay the difference using cash or card
- Remember that this is a one-time use card and must be used in a single transaction
- Note that you cannot combine multiple E-Gift Cards in a single invoice
- Be aware that the E-Gift card cannot be used for FMCG/Kirana sales
- The E-Gift card is not valid for online purchases on the VMART app or website
- Keep your E-Gift card details secure as VMRL will not issue a replacement if it is lost or stolen
- In case of return of any or all items purchased using a card, the standard return policy of VMRL will be applicable
- For any disputes, VMRL reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions at its discretion without prior notice
Things to note
- Validity: Valid for 1 year from the date of issue
- Redemption Locations: Valid at all V-Mart & Unlimited stores across India (for list of stores please visit http://stores.vmart.co.in/)
- Product Restrictions: Gift Card Redemption is not allowed for FMCG / Kirana sales
- Online Usage: Not valid for online purchase i.e. cannot be redeemed on VMART app or www.vmartretail.com
- Cash Conversion: Cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque or credit note or gift cards
- Revalidation: Cannot be revalidated once it is expired
- Refund Policy: Non-refundable and non-returnable
- Reload Options: E-Gift card cannot be reloaded
- Redemption Type: The E-gift card is one time redeemable, i.e. E-gift card cannot be used multiple times
- Multiple Cards: Multiple E-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed in a single invoice
- Balance Handling: In case the value of the merchandise exceeds the value of the card, the difference shall be paid by the bearer in cash or by card
- Security Responsibility: The holder of this card shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the card and the credentials mentioned on it
- Loss/Theft: VMRL will not be liable to issue another card in case this card is lost or stolen
- Unauthorized Use: VMRL shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using this card
