- Proceed to checkout
- Select the gift voucher payment option
- Enter your gift voucher code
- The entire voucher amount must be used in a single order
- Complete your purchase
- Note that only one gift voucher can be used per order

Things to note
- Validity: Valid only for a period of 12 months from the date of receipt
- Issuer: Issued by Reliance Retail Limited (Reliance)
- Redemption Location: Can be redeemed at JioMart online platform in India
- Product Restriction: This GV cannot be used on 3P products (Third party products listed on Jio Mart Platform)
- Usage Limitation: Can be redeemed only once and cannot be redeemed in parts - needs to be redeemed for full value
- Order Limitation: Redeemable for a single order only - multiple Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed in a single order
- Cash Conversion: Gift Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash

- Validity Extension: No extension of the validity period nor refund of value in case of failure to use before validity period
