How to redeem
- Offline:
- The Marriott E-Gift Card must be registered before use. To register and activate the E-Gift Card, send an SMS from your mobile phone in the format ACT<space>CardNumber<space>CardPin<space>FirstName<space>LastName to 9741352666
- The Marriott E-Gift Card will need to be presented via the email that the customer has received at the time of purchase
- The customer will need to provide the 16-digit E-Gift Card number and the 6-digit PIN during check-in or check-out at the Marriott property
Things to note
- Validity: 1 year from date of purchase
- Redemption Channels: Offline only, redeemable at participating Marriott properties (Quan Spa and other in-property services) in India
- Geography: Valid in India only; cannot be used outside of India
- Activation Required: The Marriott E-Gift Card must be registered before use by sending an SMS in the format ACT<space>CardNumber<space>CardPin<space>FirstName<space>LastName to 9741352666
- Single Use: One-time use card; the full value must be redeemed in a single transaction
- Denominations: Range, Rs 1,000 to Rs 10,000 per voucher and per order
- Excluded Spends: Advanced purchases, deposits, friends and family rates, payments for meetings, catering or group functions, and any other negotiated rates are not eligible
- Redemption Identification: Customer must present the purchase email and provide the 16-digit E-Gift Card number and 6-digit PIN at check-in or check-out
- Card Type: Card and PIN (non-secured)
