How to redeem
- Online:
- Log in to your account at marksandspencer.in or on the M&S app
- Add products to the cart and proceed to checkout
- Select GyFTR e-Pay as the payment method and verify via OTP
- Add your vouchers, redeem the required amount, and pay any remaining balance
- In-store:
- Use the M&S store locator to find a participating outlet
- Select your products and tell the cashier you will pay with a Gift Voucher
- Share the voucher at billing and pay any balance by cash or card
Things to note
- Redemption: Accepted online at marksandspencer.in and on the M&S app, and in-store at all listed M&S outlets
- Partial use: Convert the voucher to GyFTR e-Pay to redeem the balance partially across multiple transactions; once vouchers are added to e-Pay online they can no longer be used in retail stores
- Combining: Multiple vouchers can be combined into the e-Pay balance and used in a single bill, and can be clubbed with ongoing sales
- Transferability: Non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be resold or exchanged for cash
- Validity: Cannot be revalidated once it expires
