How to redeem
- Visit any listed Lee store in India
- Communicate your intent to use the Instant Gift Voucher before making a purchase
- Present the gift voucher to the staff
- Select your merchandise and proceed to checkout
- If the merchandise value exceeds the gift voucher value, pay the difference using another payment method
- Lee Staff may ask for a valid Government identity proof at the time of redeeming the Instant Gift Voucher
- If a voucher gets blocked due to a technical issue, it will be usable only after 72 hours
- For any issues, contact customer service (contact details not specified in the terms)
Things to note
- Validity: Valid for 6 months from the date of activation
- Redemption Channels: Redeemable at listed Lee stores across India
- Multiple Usage: Maximum of 5 Instant Gift Vouchers can be used against one bill
- Partial Redemption: Partial redemption is allowed but no refund or credit note would be issued against unused or partially used Instant Gift Voucher
- Revalidation: Cannot be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any situation
- Restrictions: Cannot be redeemed on articles on discount during end of season sales
- Loss/Theft: No replacement or compensation is permissible for lost or mutilated or defaced Instant Gift Voucher
- Jurisdiction: Any dispute should be referred to the Company and the decision of the Company shall be final; disputes are subject to Bengaluru jurisdiction
