How to redeem
- Offline:
- These are offline-use cards only and need registration as well as activation before use
- To register and activate your Gift Card, please send a SMS from your mobile phone as follows: ACT(space)CardNumber(space)CardPin(space)FirstName(space)LastName to 99639 00600
- At the time of check-out / settling the invoice, use your e-Gift to redeem it by sharing the 16 digit card number and the OTP received on the registered mobile number
Things to note
- Validity: 1 year from date of purchase
- Redemption Channels: Offline only, redeemable at participating ITC Hotels, Welcomhotels, Fortune Hotels and WelcomHeritage Hotels
- Eligible Spends: Stays (room and incidental charges), food and beverages, home deliveries and takeaways, spa services (for resident guests only), Fabelle Boutiques, and applicable taxes at participating hotels
- Spa Services: Spa redemption is restricted to resident guests of the participating hotels
