How to redeem
- Online:
- Visit www.giva.co and select your merchandise
- Contact Giva Customer Support on 7829558887 (10 AM to 6:30 PM) or email care@giva.co for Gift Card redemption
- If the total bill exceeds the gift card value, pay the balance via credit card, debit card, wallet or other payment modes
- Offline:
- Visit your nearest GIVA store
- Select your choice of product
- Share your Gift Voucher with the cashier at the time of billing and pay the remaining amount by cash or card if required
Things to note
- Validity: 180 days from purchase
- Redemption Channels: Online (www.giva.co) and Offline (GIVA Exclusive Brand Outlets)
- Denominations: Range Rs 500 to Rs 1,00,000
- Product Eligibility: Valid only on studded Silver Jewellery, Perfumes and Candles. Not applicable on gold, diamond, coins, utensils or idols
- Sale Usage: Gift card can be used during sale
- Cancellation: Once purchased, gift cards cannot be cancelled or refunded
