How to redeem
- In-store at outlet:
- Visit the nearest Funcity, Funblock, or Tridom outlet
- Before making the purchase, confirm with the outlet that they accept the Gift Voucher
- Choose the products or activities you would like to purchase
- Show your Gift Voucher details to the cashier at the time of billing and pay any balance amount by cash or card
Things to note
- Brand: Funblock is a chain of indoor children's play and entertainment centres (part of the Funcity / Tridom family of family entertainment outlets across India)
- Validity: 6 months from date of purchase
- Where Accepted: Redeemable at all Funcity, Funblock, and Tridom locations across India
- Redemption Channels: In-store at outlet (present the eGift Card details to the cashier at billing)
- Denominations: Fixed values of Rs 500, Rs 750, Rs 1,000
- Single Use: The eGift Card can be redeemed only once (no partial redemption across visits)
- Multiple Usage: Multiple eGift Cards can be combined and used in a single transaction
- Cancellation Policy: Gift cards, once purchased, cannot be cancelled or refunded
- Card Type: Card and PIN (non-secured)
