How to redeem
- Offline:
- Use the Titan / Fastrack outlet locator to find the nearest store that accepts this gift voucher
- Visit the listed World of Titan or Fastrack store and select your choice of Fastrack bag
- At the billing counter, announce that you want to pay using a gift voucher and share the voucher code or PIN with the cashier (you may be asked for a valid Government ID proof)
- The cashier will apply the voucher value against your bill; pay any remaining balance via cash or card

- Validity: 6 months from date of purchase
- Redemption Channels: Offline only at listed World of Titan and Fastrack stores across India
- Denominations: Fixed values, Rs 500, Rs 1,000 and Rs 2,000
- Single Use: One-time use gift voucher; partial redemption is not allowed and any unused balance will lapse
- Multiple Usage: A maximum of 5 gift vouchers can be combined and used in a single bill
- Sale Compatibility: Not valid for in-store offers; cannot be clubbed with other offers
- Top-up Payment: If the bill value exceeds the gift voucher amount, the balance must be paid by cash or card at the counter
- Online Restriction: Gift vouchers cannot be used online and are accepted only at listed physical outlets
- ID Proof: The brand may ask for a valid Government identity proof at the time of redeeming the voucher
- Cancellation Policy: Once purchased, gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash; no refund or credit note is issued against unused or partially used vouchers; not replaceable if lost, damaged or stolen
