How to redeem
- Visit a participating Bhima Jewellers store
- For store locations, visit: https://www.bhimagold.com/stores
- Select the jewellery you wish to purchase
- Present your e-Gift card at the time of payment
- If the bill amount is more than the e-Gift card value, you will have to pay the balance amount through other payment methods

- Note: Due to system issues, delivery might be delayed up to 48-72 hours in some cases
Things to note
- Validity: Valid for 330 days from the date of activation
- Usage Type: Valid for the purchase of Gold, Silver and Platinum jewellery only
- Redemption Locations: Can be redeemed at select Bhima Jewellers stores in India
- Usage Limitations: Allowed for one-time redemption only
- Balance Handling: If purchase value is less than the e-Gift card value, the balance amount is non-refundable
- Activation: The e-Gift card gets activated immediately on purchase
- Cash Conversion: The e-Gift card cannot be redeemed for cash
- Loss/Theft: Stolen or lost e-Gift cards will neither be replaced nor will the balance amount be refunded
- Responsibility: Bhima is not responsible if the e-Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission
