How to redeem
- Online Redemption:
- Visit www.bluestone.com
- Select the jewellery items you wish to purchase
- Add them to your cart and proceed to checkout
- On the payment page, click on the tab "Gift Card"
- Enter your 16 digit Gift Card number and pin for redemption
- Complete your order
- In-store Redemption:
- Visit any participating BlueStone store (check locations at www.bluestone.com/store.html)
- Select the jewellery items you wish to purchase
- Present your Gift Card at the time of payment
- The staff will process your redemption
- If your purchase value exceeds the Gift Card amount, you can pay the balance using Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, or Blue Cash
- If you don't use the entire Gift Card value, the balance remains available for future purchases until the card expires
- You can use multiple Gift Cards in a single transaction
- Remember that the Gift Card is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance
- E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly, but sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up to 24-48 hours
Things to note
- Validity: Valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issuance to the recipient
- Redemption Locations: Can be redeemed on www.bluestone.com and offline stores (www.bluestone.com/store.html)
- Product Eligibility: Can be redeemed on plain gold jewellery, Gold Coins, Silver Coins, Solitaire, preset Solitaires, Diamond Jewellery and Gemstone Jewellery
- Multiple Cards: Multiple Gift Card(s) can be used in a single transaction
- Payment Combinations: Gift Card(s) can be combined with any other payment type on www.bluestone.com
- Partial Redemption: Gift cards can be redeemed partially, as many times as a user wishes to, till its balance is consumed or it expires
- Purchase Restrictions: Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card
- Payment Methods: Payment mode will be Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, Blue Cash
- Cancellation Policy: Gift Card(s) once bought online, shall be considered as sold and cannot be Cancelled, Exchanged or Refunded
- Loss/Theft: If lost or misused, the Gift Card(s) cannot be replaced
- Expiry Policy: Gift cards are void if resold, and cannot be exchanged for credit(s) or cash and cannot be re-validated once past expiry date
- Terms Amendment: BlueStone may change (add to, delete, or amend) these terms from time to time
- Jurisdiction: All disputes with respect to the products and services offered in this connection are subject to Bangalore jurisdiction
