How to redeem
- Visit any of the select Bhima Jewellers stores in India
- For store list, visit: https://www.bhimagold.com/stores
- Select the Gold coins or bars you wish to purchase
- Present your e-Gift card at the time of payment
- If the bill amount is more than the e-Gift card value, the balance amount will have to be paid by the customer
- The e-Gift card gets activated immediately on purchase

- E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly, but sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up to 48-72 hours
Things to note
- Validity: Valid for 330 days from the date of activation
- Product Restrictions: Valid on the purchase of Gold coins and bars only
- Redemption Channels: Can be redeemed at select Bhima Jewellers stores in India
- Usage Limitations: Allowed for one-time redemption only
- Balance Handling: If the value of the purchase is less than the value of the e-Gift card, the balance amount is non-refundable
- Loss/Theft: Stolen or lost e-Gift cards will neither be replaced nor will the balance amount be refunded
- Cash Redemption: The e-Gift card cannot be redeemed for cash
