How to redeem
- Visit any Absolute Barbecues (AB's) outlet in India
- Inform the outlet reception that you plan to use the GV / GC for making payments before billing
- Select your desired barbecue items and dining experience
- Present your Gift Voucher / Gift Card at the time of billing
- If the purchase value exceeds the value of the Gift Card, pay the differential value
- Complete your dining experience
- Note that this is a unique 'do-it-yourself' dining experience where you grill on the table
- For any acceptance issue, contact the outlet manager first
- If the issue is still not resolved, write to celebrations@absolute-barbecue.com
- All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts of Hyderabad, India
- Absolute Barbecues reserves the right to change the 'Terms & Conditions' at any time without prior information
Things to note
- Validity: Valid for 365 days from the date of its issuance or depends on the condition of the purchase
- Issuer: This is an Absolute Barbecues (AB's) Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC)
- Usage Limitation: This is a ONE time use GV / GC
- Multiple Cards: A maximum of 5 GV / GC can be used in one bill
- Replacement Policy: Electronic Gift Vouchers can't be replaced or duplicated, if lost or stolen
- Cash Conversion: No Credit note / Refund for the unused amount of the GV / GC will be given
- Revalidation: AB's GV / GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired
- Cash Exchange: This E-Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash
- Blockout Dates: AB's GV / GC cannot be redeemed on specific block out dates (AB's may add or delete any date at its sole discretion)
- Technical Issues: If a GV / GC gets blocked due to technical issue, it would get enabled in 72 hours
