How to redeem
- Log on to www.pvrcinemas.com or www.inoxmovies.com, or open the PVR or INOX mobile app.
- Select your city, cinema, movie, show date, time, and seats (add F&B if you wish).
- On the payment page, choose the Gift Card / Gift Voucher option and enter the card number and PIN.
- The card value is applied; pay any remaining balance via another payment mode.
Things to note
- Validity: 12 months from the date of purchase/activation.
- Redemption Channels: Online only - on www.pvrcinemas.com, www.inoxmovies.com, and the PVR and INOX mobile apps. Cannot be used directly at cinema box office or counters.
- Brand Scope: Valid at all PVR INOX cinemas except PVR Opulent, Ghaziabad PVR Keshar, Gwalior, and the listed INOX Management properties.
- Partial Redemption: Online balance can be redeemed partially, as many times as you wish, until it is used up or expires. At a cinema it can be redeemed only once.
- Combination: Can be clubbed with ongoing promotions/offers; balance can be combined with any other payment option.
- Redemption Limits: Value is redeemable based on availability of tickets and F&B.
- Restrictions: Cannot be used to purchase another gift card. For personal, non-commercial use only. Void if resold; cannot be exchanged for points or cash.
- Cancellation: Once purchased, cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded; cannot be revalidated once expired. Lost/misused cards are not replaced.
