How to redeem
- Visit Fancode Platforms (E-Commerce website or Mobile App)
- Select the merchandise you wish to purchase
- During checkout, enter your gift card details when prompted
- Remember that only one gift card can be used per invoice
- For any redemption issues, contact Fancode customer support
- Note that the card is only valid for purchases on Fancode platforms and cannot be used at physical stores or other online marketplaces
- Be aware that the card is valid for 365 days from the date of activation
Things to note
- Validity: Valid for 365 days (one year) from the date of activation (purchase) of the card
- Legal Status: The gift card is not a legal tender or replacement of credit/debit card
- Cash Conversion: This card cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque
- Usage Limitations: Valid only at Fancode Platforms (E-Commerce and M-App) for purchase of any listed merchandise
- Redemption Restrictions: Cannot be redeemed at offline retail outlets, multi-brand/departmental stores, or online marketplaces
- Multiple Cards: Only one gift card can be redeemed against a single invoice
- Loss/Damage: No replacement or compensation is permissible for lost, mutilated, or defaced Gift Card
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute or redemption issues should be referred to Fancode customer support
- Jurisdiction: All disputes must be referred to Mumbai jurisdiction only
