How to redeem
- Online (Pronto app):
- Open the GyFTR ePay app, add the voucher, tap Redeem ePay, enter the amount, and confirm. Your unique custom ePay code will be generated.
- Open the Pronto app and go to Profile.
- Go to Pronto Money and select Claim a gift card.
- Enter your voucher code and the amount gets added to your Pronto Money balance.
- The Pronto Money (e-Pay) balance is then used to pay for home-service bookings.
- Multiple gift vouchers can be used in one bill/transaction.
- The voucher/e-Pay cannot be clubbed with existing offers on the platform.
Things to note
- Validity: Gift Voucher is valid for redemption within the validity period; once converted into e-Pay balance, it can be used across multiple transactions until the balance is exhausted or expires
- What it is: A gift voucher for Pronto, a home-services platform that connects you with trained professionals for everyday household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, dishwashing, and regular home upkeep
- Redemption Channels: Online only - accepted exclusively on the Pronto app (Android/iOS), linked to the withpronto.com platform
- Usage: The Gift Voucher can be converted into Pronto Money (e-Pay wallet) balance at the holder's convenience and used to pay for home-service bookings; if the booking value exceeds the voucher value, the customer pays the difference; partial redemption is supported once converted
- Stacking: Multiple gift vouchers can be used in one bill/transaction; the voucher/e-Pay cannot be clubbed with existing offers on the platform
- Transferability: Non-transferable - the e-Pay balance cannot be transferred to another account, exchanged for cash, gift cards, or credit notes, and must be linked to the registered mobile number
