How to redeem
- Visit your nearest Polar Bear outlet
- During checkout, inform the manager of the gift card and share the 16-digit E-gift card number and the 6-digit PIN
- Pay any balance amount using an alternate payment mode
Things to note
- Validity: 1 year from date of issue
- Redemption Channel: In-store only - redeemable at Polar Bear outlets
- Usage: One-time use card; must be redeemed in a single invoice and any balance left will lapse
- Cancellation: If the purchase bill is less than the gift card value, the balance is non-refundable; the card cannot be returned or refunded once bought
- Cash Conversion: Cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque and cannot be revalidated
