How to redeem
- In-Store Redemption:
- Visit any Nature's Basket store
- Select the products you wish to purchase
- Present your e-Gift card at the checkout counter before billing
- The cashier will scan or input the gift card details
- The purchase amount will be deducted from your gift card balance
- Pay any remaining amount using another payment method if required
- Online Redemption:
- Visit www.naturesbasket.co.in
- Add items to your cart
- Proceed to checkout
- Select "Gift Card" as your payment method
- Enter your gift card number and PIN/security code
- Apply the gift card to your purchase
- Complete your order
- For balance enquiry, visit any Nature's Basket store or check on the website when logged into your account
- Remember that the card is valid for 12 months from activation
- You can use the gift card for both in-store and online purchases
- The gift card can be used for multiple transactions until the balance is depleted

- Validity: Valid for 12 months from the date of activation
- Redemption Locations: Can be redeemed at all Nature's Basket stores across India
- Online Redemption: Can be redeemed on www.naturesbasket.co.in
- Usage Flexibility: Valid for all products available at Nature's Basket
- Redemption Type: Can be used multiple times until the balance is exhausted or until expiry
- Balance Handling: Any unused balance will remain on the card and can be used for future purchases within the validity period
- Excess Payment: If purchase value exceeds the gift card value, the difference can be paid using other payment methods
- Cash Conversion: Cannot be exchanged for cash or credit
- Multiple Cards: Multiple gift cards can be used in a single transaction
- Loss/Theft: No replacement or compensation will be provided if the gift card is lost, stolen or damaged
