How to redeem
- Visit any participating Kiehl's store in India
- Select your desired Kiehl's skincare products
- Present your E-Gift Card at checkout
- If the purchase amount is more than your Gift card value, you may complement that purchase in any form of payment accepted by Kiehl's outlets
- Complete your purchase
- Note that the E-Gift Card needs to be redeemed in full amount in a single transaction
- Any balance amount after redemption will be forfeited as partial redemption is not allowed
- For any queries or disputes, please contact QRPL customer service
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Delhi
Things to note
- Validity: Valid for 365 days from the date of issue
- Issuer: Issued by Quest Retail Pvt Ltd (QRPL) powered by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited
- Redemption Limitation: This E-Gift Card can be redeemed only once and should be redeemed in full
- Redemption Location: Valid and can be redeemed at selected Kiehl's stores
- Cash Conversion: The E-Gift Card holder will not be paid cash or cheque in exchange for whole or part of the e-gift card
- Lost Cards: QRPL and Qwikcilver Solutions Pvt Ltd not responsible for any misuse if the E-Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without permission
- Expiry Policy: e-Gift Cards will expire upon the expiry of 365 days from the date of issue and outstanding unused balance will be forfeited
- Reloading: e-Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or resold
- Terms Modification: QRPL reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at its own discretion without prior notice
