How to redeem
- Login on fnp.com.
- Select the product and add it to the cart.
- On the cart page, click on the 'Have a Discount Coupon' tab.
- Enter the Gift Voucher and click Apply.
- Proceed to checkout and pay the remainder using available payment options if required.
Things to note
- Multiple Usage: Gift Vouchers cannot be used multiple times.
- Usage Restrictions: Cannot be redeemed on existing discount offers available on the FNP website. Cannot be used to pay convenience and delivery charges. Cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates (set by Ferns N Petals at its discretion).
- Redemption Channels: Accepted only on fnp.com and the FNP app; cannot be used directly at FnP outlets.
- Combination: Only one Gift Voucher can be used against one bill; multiple GVs cannot be combined.
- Transferability: The holder of the Instant Gift Voucher is deemed to be the beneficiary.
- Cancellation Policy: Partial redemption is allowed but no refund or credit note is issued for the unused balance; cannot be revalidated once expired.
