How to redeem
- Online Redemption:
- Go to www.bluestone.com and browse diamond jewellery or gemstone jewellery
- Add desired items to your cart
- Proceed to checkout and reach the payment page
- Click on the tab "Gift Card"
- Enter your 16 digit Gift Card number and pin for redemption
- Complete your purchase using Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, or Blue Cash if needed
- Offline Redemption:
- Visit any BlueStone store (check locations at www.bluestone.com/store.html)
- Select your preferred diamond or gemstone jewellery
- Present your Gift Card details at the time of payment
- Complete your purchase
- E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly, but sometimes delivery can be delayed up to 24-48 hours due to system issues
- All disputes are subject to Bangalore jurisdiction
Things to note
- Validity: Valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issuance to the recipient
- Redemption Locations: Can be redeemed on www.bluestone.com and offline stores (www.bluestone.com/store.html)
- Product Restriction: Can be redeemed ONLY on Diamond Jewellery and Gemstone Jewellery (not valid for Gold coins, Silver coins, Plain Gold & Silver Jewellery, Solitaires and Preset Solitaires)
- Usage Frequency: Can be redeemed partially, as many times as a user wishes to, till its balance is consumed or it expires
- Multiple Cards: Multiple Gift Card(s) can be used in a single transaction
- Payment Combination: Gift Card(s) can be combined with any other payment type on www.bluestone.com
- Other Gift Cards: Cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card
- Cancellation Policy: Gift Card(s) once bought online, shall be considered as sold and cannot be Cancelled, Exchanged or Refunded
- Lost Cards: If lost or misused, the Gift Card(s) cannot be replaced
- Revalidation: Cannot be re-validated once past expiry date
