How long does a transfer take?+
Transfers to Air India Maharaja Club are processed within 10 hours. Your points will appear in your Maharaja Club account once the transfer is complete.
Is there a minimum or maximum transfer amount?+
Your first-ever transfer requires a minimum of 100 Mag Miles. Once you have completed at least one transfer or redemption to any programme, all future transfers require just 10 Mag Miles, even to a new partner. There is no maximum cap, so transfer as many miles as you have available.
Do I need a Maharaja Club account to transfer?+
Yes. You'll need an Air India Maharaja Club membership number. You can sign up for free on the Air India website or app, then link it in Magnify.
Can I reverse a transfer?+
No. Once Mag Miles are transferred to Maharaja Club, the transfer cannot be reversed. Please double-check the amount and your Maharaja Club number before confirming.
What happens if I enter the wrong Maharaja Club number?+
Miles transferred to an incorrect Maharaja Club number cannot be recovered by Magnify. Make sure your membership number is correct before initiating a transfer. If you run into issues, contact our support team at contact@magnify.club.
Is there a fee for transferring Mag Miles?+
No. Transfers from Mag Miles to Maharaja Club are completely free. You pay nothing, just transfer and fly.
How do I find out about transfer bonuses and promotions?+
