How to redeem
- Online:
- Activate the voucher for online redemption at malabargoldanddiamonds.com/gift-cards/activate_giftcard.
- Visit malabargoldanddiamonds.com, enter the gift card details on the Gift card option, and click 'Apply'.
- Pay any balance amount by credit/debit card or net banking, then click 'Place Order'.
- In-store:
- Visit a listed Malabar outlet and share the voucher code with the cashier before billing.
Things to note
- Multiple Usage: GV/GC can be redeemed against purchases of Gold, Diamond, Platinum, Uncut Diamond, and Silver Jewellery.
- Combination: Multiple GV/GCs (maximum 9) can be used in a single bill. Cannot be clubbed with any ongoing/existing offers.
- Usage Restrictions: Excludes Gold Coin/Bar.
- Redemption Channels: Accepted at all Malabar Gold & Diamonds outlets in India and on the online portal at malabargoldanddiamonds.com.
- Transferability: Holder of the GV/GC is deemed the beneficiary; cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Cancellation Policy: No refund/replacement/compensation for unused/expired/misused/lost/mutilated/defaced GV/GC. If transaction fails after GV/GC is applied, amount auto-refunded to the same voucher within 48 hours.
