How to redeem
- Online:
- Login to the Kama Ayurveda website.
- Add the product to cart.
- Choose the Gyftr option to pay via Gift Card.
- In-store:
- Use the outlet locator, select your product, share the Gift Voucher at billing, and pay any balance if needed.
- Share your registered mobile number at checkout to view available gift voucher balance, confirm the redemption amount, and complete payment (if any) while the cashier proceeds with invoicing.
Things to note
- Multiple Usage: One-time use; if order value exceeds GV/GC value, the difference must be paid via alternative payment; if order value is less than GV/GC value, it cannot be redeemed.
- Combination: Multiple GVs/GCs can be used in one bill at store/retail outlets; for online use, only ONE GV/GC can be redeemed per bill.
- Usage Restrictions: Once vouchers are added to e-Pay (offline), they cannot be used online on the website. Cannot be clubbed with ongoing promotions. Cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates.
- Redemption Channels: Accepted on kamaayurveda.in and at listed Kama Ayurveda stores.
- Transferability: Holder is the beneficiary; non-refundable, non-transferable; cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
- Cancellation Policy: Expired GVs/GCs cannot be revalidated.
