IndiGo Web Check-in: Skip Paid Seat Selection

On the IndiGo web check-in page, after entering your PNR and last name, look for the option to let IndiGo assign a seat automatically instead of picking one yourself. Scroll past the seat map and confirm without picking a paid seat. IndiGo assigns a random free seat (usually middle or back). If you want a specific seat, you have to pay.

For domestic flights, IndiGo web check-in opens 48 hours before departure and closes 60 minutes before. For international flights, it opens only 24 hours before and closes 75 minutes before. IndiGo is unusual among Indian airlines in having a tighter international window.
