Things to note
- Validity: Valid for 12 months from the date of issuance
- Activation Possible Activation time of 4 hours after purchase. Check with the store
- Redemption Locations: Can be redeemed at all Pantaloons stores across India
- Online Redemption: Can be redeemed on www.pantaloons.com
- Redemption Type: Can be used multiple times until the entire value is exhausted or until expiry
- Partial Redemption: Partial redemption is allowed - any unused balance will remain on the card for future use
- Balance Handling: If purchase value is less than the gift card value, the remaining amount stays on the card
- Excess Payment: If purchase value exceeds the gift card value, the difference must be paid using another payment method
- Cash Conversion: Cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred
- Multiple Cards: Multiple gift cards can be used in a single transaction
- Sale Season: Valid during end of season sales and promotional periods
- Loss/Theft: No replacement or compensation will be provided if the gift card is lost, stolen or damaged
- Cancellation Policy: Once issued, cannot be cancelled or refunded
- Balance Enquiry: Balance can be checked at any Pantaloons store or on the website
