Things to note
- Validity: Valid for 1 year from date of purchase
- Usage Frequency: The card can be used multiple times
- Geographic Limitation: Can be used only for purchase in McDonald's restaurants in the west and south of India
- Platform Restriction: Cannot be used on McDelivery App, SOK or any third party app where McDonald's products are listed
- Order Limitation: Maximum one card can be used per order
- Cash Conversion: The card can't be exchanged for cash or any other tender
- Cancellation Policy: Once purchased, it is considered sold and cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged or refilled
- Lost Cards: No refund will be made for any lost card and no revalidation is allowed for expired gift card balance
- Technical Issues: McDonald's shall not be liable if the Card cannot be used at any particular restaurant due to technical errors or other operating system glitches
