Things to note
- Validity: Valid for 12 months from the date of issuance
- Redemption Locations: Can be redeemed only on www.mamaearth.in and the Mamaearth mobile app
- Product Coverage: Valid for all Mamaearth products available on the website and app
- Redemption Type: Can be used multiple times until the balance is exhausted or until expiry
- Balance Handling: If purchase value is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance stays on the card for future use
- Excess Payment: If purchase value exceeds the gift card value, the difference must be paid using another payment method
- Cash Conversion: Cannot be exchanged for cash or credit
- Multiple Cards: Multiple gift cards can be used in a single transaction (up to a limit)
- Offer Combinations: Can be used in conjunction with ongoing promotions and discount codes (unless specified otherwise)
- Loss/Theft: Mamaearth is not responsible if the Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without permission
- Cancellation Policy: Once issued, cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded
