Things to note
- Validity: Valid for 1-year from date of purchase
- Redemption Locations: Can be redeemed at BTCR App, Website, and Cafe
- Product Coverage: The amount can be redeemed on all types of orders on BTCR app and website
- Usage Frequency: A Gift Card can be redeemed multiple times and used on multiple transactions
- Transfer Restriction: The amount cannot be taken out/transferred from BTCR Wallet
- Cash Conversion: No cash payment will be made by the company for the Gift card either in part or in full, nor can it be exchanged
- Cancellation Policy: No cancellation and no refund money are allowed on the issued Gift card
- Expiry Forfeiture: Any unspent amount available in the Gift Card after expiry shall stand forfeited
- Lost Cards: BTCR does not accept any responsibility if the customer loses/misplaces the gift card - no duplicate card will be issued
- Refund Policy: No returns and no refunds on gift cards, e-gift cards and gift vouchers
